parsek.

What Parsek knows about you.

Without an account: nothing that identifies you. We note what was searched, when, from which city and on what kind of device, to learn what the index is missing. That record holds no IP address and no identifier of yours. While the site is small its maker also gets an email for each search, and that email does carry the IP address.

If you tick your cards and banks: your browser remembers which ones you have (“Visa, Naranja, Galicia”, say). We never ask for or keep a card's number, expiry date or code.

If you create an account: we keep your email, your password in a form that cannot be read back, the cards and banks you ticked and the products you asked to watch. The email is used to confirm it is yours and to tell you when a price you are watching drops. Your email is not sold or given to anybody.

If you turn on “Get me discounts”: Parsek may tell brands and shops which products are being waited on and at what price, in numbers and without names (“214 people are waiting on this fridge”), and send you the offers they give us for what you are watching. The offers come from Parsek: the brand does not get your email or learn who you are. It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off from your account whenever you like.

To leave: every email carries a link that stops them. From your account you can delete it, and with it your email, your cards and everything you were watching.

Emails are sent through Resend and the site runs on Cloudflare. Parsek is made by Antbuilder LLC.
